Sonny Hart, Surgical Scrub Technician & Material Manager
Sonny Hart has been with Beaver Sports Medicine since January of 2011. His roles include Surgical Scrub Technician and Material Manager for the BSM facility. Prior to coming to Beaver Sports Medicine, he worked for Good Samaritan for eighteen years. Sonny enjoys spending time with his family; him and Pam have a daughter and two sons. When he is not working, he enjoys hunting, fishing, riding quads and wood working. His favorite places to be are at his cabin on the Alsea River or doing work at home on his tractor.
Eduardo E Gonzalez-Godinez, Surgical Scrub Technician, Anesthesiology Technician, and Sterile Processing Technician
Eduardo became part of BSM surgery center in November of 2012, filling the role of a Sterile Processing tech. Prior to this Eduardo dedicated seven years at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center, four of those years as Certified Sterile processing Technician and three years as a Certified Anesthesia technician. After work hours he enjoys sharing time with his wife and two daughters. Eduardo is also involved at his church, Iglesia De Cristo Mahanahim, which he attends in Eugene as a member of their music group.
Jennifer Moran, RN
Jenny joined BSM in 2013 as part of the surgical team. Previously she worked at South Coast Surgery Center in Coos Bay Oregon, and Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Corvallis. She brings 18 years of experience, with a focus on surgical nursing along with being a Licensed Massage Therapist. She has lived most of her life in Oregon. In her spare time she enjoys working with children at the local schools, spending time in the great outdoors and with her family.
Dan Dodge, RN, BSN, CNOR
Dan joined BSM Surgery Center in 2019 as part of the surgical team and brought 24 years of operating room experience. He started his career in the United States Air Force before moving to Oregon. Previously, he worked at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center as both an Operating Room Technician and a Registered Nurse. In his 16 years, as part of the Samaritan organization, he worked primarily with the Cardio-Thoracic and Trauma services. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, hiking and backpacking.
Neal Wagner, RN
Neal was born and raised in Upstate New York, two hours northwest of NYC. At age 19 he moved west. Neal worked civil service in northern Utah as a Deputy Sheriff and Paramedic, thereafter he worked part time as a Fire Fighter and Paramedic for his home town. Neal was also on the first Paramedical Tactical Rescure Unit in all of Utah. Halfway through is career, he got his Nursing degree. Neal worked in Cardiac Nursing and a Cardiac Catherization lab for 8 years prior to retiring from the Sheriff's office. After leaving the Sheriff's office, Neal began a new career in Flight Nursing. He flew on airplanes and helicopters in Colorado, Nevada, Idaho, California and Oregon for a total of 14 years. Neal came to BSM Surgery Center in 2019. He has 3 daughters, one of which is also an RN. Caring for people in all Clinical settings has always been Neal's passion.
Erin Lowrie, CST, ASC Manager
Erin joined BSM Surgery Center in 2020. She is passionate about patients and the art of surgery. She has worked in the surgery arena as a Surgical Technologist and in various management positions for the past 18 years. After having grown up in Utah, and receiving her Associate Degree in Surgical Technology, she started her career at the University of Utah hospital, then relocated to Oregon, where she went onto work at Oregon Health & Science University. She has experience working in mobile ophthalmology, where she became the Manager of a team of Surgical Technologists. She has since fulfilled different managerial positions, working at a couple of Ophthalmic Surgery Centers in Eugene, eventually finding her home here at BSM Surgery Center. In the fall of 2015, she was fortunate to go on a Medical Mission to Guatemala, where she scrubbed into and assisted with surgery. It was a life changing experience that has helped change her perspective of life in general. In her spare time, she enjoys spending family time with her Husband and two boys.
Meredith Plummer, RN
Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Meredith moved to Corvallis in 1995. She worked as a Registered Nurse in Arizona before relocating to Oregon. She worked at Albany General Hospital for 12 1/2 years and Corvallis Clinic Ambulatory Surgery Center for 5 years before becoming part of the Beaver Sports Medicine team in 2012. She enjoys spending her free time in the great outdoors competing in ultramarathons, triathlons, century bicycle rides, mountain biking and playing racquetball. She spent a week in Guatamala with Faith in Practice and "it was the most humbling, beautiful and gratifying experience as a medical professional" she has ever had! Emily Wopat, RN, BSN, CCRN
Emily graduated from Linfield College in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Since then she has spent most of her time as an Intensive Care Nurse in the Trauma Surgical ICU at Oregon Health and Sciences University. She grew up in West Linn, Oregon and moved to Corvallis with her husband and two Dachshunds. Emily started at Beaver Sports Medicine in October 2018, working in the Pre-Operative, Intra Op, and Post Op areas of the facility. In her free she enjoys hiking, camping, yoga, snowboarding, and traveling. Emily's most memorable trip thus far has been an African safari through Kenya and Tanzania.
Kennedy Painter, CNA
Kennedy has worked for Beaver Sports Medicine since 2017 and transitioned over to BSM Surgery Center in 2019 as a CNA. She is currently working towards getting her nursing license. She chose to go into the nursing program because she enjoys helping others and interacting with patients. She wants everyone to live a happy and healthy life. In keeping with being happy she loves summer, swimming, and many other outdoor activities.
Lacey Bolduc, BA, CRCST, CIS, CER
Lacey graduated from Pendleton High School and obtained her B.A. from of the University of Oregon. She works in the centralized sterile processing department at BSM. She is certified through IAHCSMM as a Central Service Technician, an Instrument Specialist and an Endoscopic Reprocessor. She has been reprocessing surgical instruments since 2016. In her free time, Lacey enjoys volunteering as a CASA and is a member of her local Citizen Review Board, speaking on behalf of Children in Foster Care.
